Polifoam radiance reflective foam sheet

Produced of closed cell structure, chemically cross linked polyethylene foam
excellent insulation materials (cold-warm). Laminated on one side. It has a 3 variants:
-aluminium foil, thickness 9 mkm (Al);
-metallized polythene laminat (PE);
-metallized biaxial polypropylene laminat (BOPP).

POLIFOAM radiance reflective foam sheet application area:

-floor heating solutions for efficiency increasing;
-behind heater battery on the wall;
-decrease the heat loading of roofing (during summer time) and rain protection;
-cooling and ventilation systems; decrease the heat loading of roofing (during summer time) and rain protection.
-improvement of the heat insulation for walls facing to North, concrete stone walls, concrete panel walls, balconies, hangars, garages etc.

Basic properties:

-protection against vapour condensation;
-waterproof (due to closed cell structure doesn't absorb practically humidity);
-chemically resistant *;
-mechanical parameters are better than non-cross-linked foam polythene;
-no hazard to health;
-perfect bacteria and mould resistance feature.
* - In case of placing under the levelling layer foil side of foam sheet should be protected by polythene layer.

Reflective insulation POLIFOAM provides radiance reflectivity factor 95%. In case of 1°C temperature difference POLIFOAM reduces heat radiance losses at least 4W per 1m2 reflective surface and brings the electric energy save at least 25kWh for 1 year. Organic product doesn't contain fibres, carcinogenic agents and allergens.

Recommendations:

In use reflective insulation should be placed by foil side towards heating source.
It is required for POLIFOAM efficiency to leave at least 20mm free space between foil layer and heater battery. Reflective insulation can be placed mechanically or glued by help of rubber based phenolic glues (glue Nr. 88, 45 etc.), polyurethane based glues, acrylic glues (using in accordance with manual), two-sided tape.
POLIFOAM reflective insulation to be used under the roof tiling for vapour protection and heating tension
reducing during the summer time, that provides temperature decreasing under the roof 6 - 8°C.
It is required for POLIFOAM efficiency to leave at least 20mm free space between foil layer and nearest surface.
